I wonder if I should adore you or you should rave me-in my age the acne comes no more, but my youth also comes no more. Anyway the acne is really troublesome, right? <br />
<br />
Once, my 16-year-old daughter was always expenditure a few minutes before mirror and sigh about it, and my hard-earned salary was consistently flowing into the doctor's pocket due to it. Both of them drive me mad. The nightmare finally will be finished by a <b>acne treatments that work</b>. It's really out of our expectation that it's an e-book instead of a heal or a cleansing milk or a set of tools used to release acne. <br />
<br />
The author is <b>Mike Walden</b>, a nutritionist. His idea is not only focus on the acne, but a common control to the inner body condition. He believes that when the inner condition reaches harmony, the acne will gone naturally.<br />
<br />
The book mainly includes what is acne and why it comes, how to cure acne and some another helpful topics such as internal body cleansing, appropriate diet, food we should try to avoid and we can eat, keeping a natural hormonal balance, and so on. My daughter and I sometimes throw ourselves into sofa, reading together and discussing. Most of time I take it with me and read when I take subway. <br />
<br />
A detailed summary of <b>acne treatments that work</b> shows five heal programs. A mini program for mild acne is my daughters favorite -after all she is a young girl without too much patience to read all. Other topics covered are <b>homemade remedies for acne</b>, sleep development, exercise and skin care. This is a step by step program, not a once and away one. <br />
<br />
We have overcomed our laziness, casual desires to the rich food and have been reminding each other of following its instructions. Recently the acne becomes faded. Our fight with acne likes a seesaw battle, fortunately we almost win. I like <b>acne treatments that work</b> not only because it cures my daughter's acne, saves my money, but also because it gives us many worthwile tips for our health. <br />
<br />
The idea I appreciate most in this book is that food affects our health. Everybody knows the true that remedies disease with food is more delicious and cheaper than the medicine. I hope more and more acne sufferers or other people without acne to own <b>acne treatments that work</b> and benefit from it. Find out <a href="http://2aef2zy2u8-1voha9hgyhxgx5s.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=4CNElbl0gg3r">how to clear acne spots</a> at <a href="http://www.bestacnetreatment.tk/">www.bestcnetreatment.tk</a>.vision withou glasseshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17396235904490940648noreply@blogger.com13tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6746485794836247999.post-1371131075602421312011-08-04T21:35:00.001-07:002011-08-04T21:35:20.693-07:00Clearpores with Homemade Remedies for AcneThere are a lot of <strong>homemade remedies for acne</strong> available. The most known, as its the most comprehensive is this one from <strong>clearpores</strong>. It remedies acne from the inside out.<br />
<br />
<strong>clearpores</strong> Facial System is like the 'Rolls Royce' of their product line. Its also the most complete. They start with the capsules. Natural treatments all agree that the top place to start curing acne is by looking after the insides of your body.<br />
<br />
<br />
<b>The Cures</b><br />
Its not enough to just confirm topical creams, lotions and gels in the hope that acne will never come back. These are great to clear up any of your existing blackheads, but not enough to avoid new acne from forming. If you use this approach alone, you're left chasing your proverbial tail. The cycle of new spots appearing continues. Even the <b>acne treatments that work</b> agree you have to look at - and heal - the imparity within your body. Like your hormones.<br />
<br />
Topical creams and gels have their place however. And <b>clearpores</b>'s <b>homemade remedies for acne</b> tell this fact. You want to see fast results, in as little as 1-3 months - and they want you to also.<br />
<br />
So whilst the herbal <b>homemade remedies for acne</b> capsules are cleaning your body, the high tech transdermal dispatch system is treating your current acne outbreak. This synergy of products makes the treatment so powerful. The transdermal delivery system really maximizes your skin's use of the active ingredients, putting your money to its good use. They haven't forgotten the need for a good cleanser either. One of the side effects of the harsher, chemical based cleansers that use ingredients like benzoyl peroxide, is dry and irritated skin. For some that's a small cost to pay, but its not a price you have to pay. If you dry out the skin too much, you also run the danger of your body trying to compensate by making too much oil.<br />
<br />
<br />
<b>How they really work.</b><br />
You might be wondering how these <b>homemade remedies for acne</b> work. The herbal capsules, cleanser, and gel are based on old, time proven Chinese herbal extracts. They work to regulate your hormone levels, clean the endocrine system, detoxify the liver, and relax the nervous system. Its a thorough, multi-system approach. And the high success rate is related to that.<br />
<br />
The topical therapy has anti-bacterial properties that cover your skin against the acne bacterium. It aids to normalize your body's production of sebum, clear clogged pores, and so decerease swelling, redness, and scarring.<br />
<br />
<br />
<b>A High Success Rate.</b><br />
These <b>homemade remedies for acne</b> won't work for everyone, unfortunately. After all, we're all individuals with unique situation, and we are different. But they have a very great success rate, and have worked for many people who have not had the success they wanted with other <b>acne medicines</b>. And if it doesn't work for you, they will give your money back, with no problems. So you're guaranteed either way.<br />

Without handling these external triggers, it will be very difficult for anyone to overcome their acne challenge, especially when the holistic treatment is performed while the individual still suffers from “live” and “evolving” acne.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Clogged or very large pores, oily or very dry complexion and bad skin hygiene do not cause acne but they interfere with the healing process of the skin and make your external acne environment more prone or “susceptible” to acne.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Taking care of your skin on a daily basis by incorporating simple and easy to follow protocols may not only enhance the healing process of your existing acne it will also balance your skin ph levels, making it smooth, even toned, radiant and healthy looking.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Although there are many types of cleansers available for different purposes (exfoliation, clean, medicate), washing your face twice a day using a gentle antiseptic and anti-bacterial 100% natural soap like tea tree oil soap, or Cetaphil soap can help reduce inflammation, swelling and redness and significantly improve the overall appearance of your skin without the irritation, allergy reactions and over-dryness that over the counters like Benzoyl Peroxide can cause.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Washing your face should always come after a good 5 minutes steaming routine. After the steaming, follow these 3 easy steps:<br />
</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">1. Use lukewarm water to get the soap wet.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">2. Apply the soap to your face using your fingertips in a circular motion.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">3. Wash your face gently and pat your skin dry using a cotton towel.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">If your sebaceous glands are producing too much oil (due to hormonal imbalance that should be fixed internally), then you probable have excessively oily skin and large pores. To tackle that problem externally, do not use alcohol and water astrigent, instead use soap like Neutrogena clear pore oil Controlling astrigent or even better apply an all natural mask made of bentonitre or egg whites.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">An extremely dry skin can also be treated internally through balancing oil secretion protocols and dietary changes and supplementation, including the regular intake of 10 glasses of pure water on a daily basis. As for the external care, applying lots of good quality moisturizer such as 99% Aloe Vera gel while avoiding harsh and un-natural external care products; can significantly reduce your dryness.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Warning: Excessive washing of the face can cause mild to moderate irritations and increase redness and inflammation, defeating its own purpose.<br />
</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">If you have sensitive skin, the best practice is to test each product prior to using it, using dollar size amount on your chin, regardless of its quality or the nature of its ingredients.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

Besides helping the body in the process of toxic elimination (One of the main acne contributing factors), it also protects your body against temperature changes, and from harmful invaders.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">By working with your skin and not against it you pave the way to an enhanced healing of the skin. Your skin will look and feel better; it will become more even toned and vibrant.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">On the other hand, by constantly doing the following, you are weakening the natural protecting capabilities of your skin, you are slowing the healing process of your skin, and are making your skin look bad and making your acne worse:</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>1.Smoking</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Besides lung cancer, heart disease and early aging of your skin (e.g. wrinkles), smoking causes the contraction of the small capillaries and blood vessels of the skin, thus depriving your skin from the essential oxygen I needs for the creation and maintenance of healthy cells.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>2. Using Topical Steroids</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Over the counter or prescription cortisone based creams, especially the potent types, can eventually thin your skin and worsen your acne condition in the long run in addition to the irritation, redness and other side effects steroid creams can cause. Moreover, topicals by definition address the symptoms of acne (inflammation, itching, puss), they do not treat the root cause of the disease. Nevertheless, taking care of your skin externally is highly recommended but should be performed gently using pure natural ingredients such as diluted tea tree oil.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>3. Taking Antibiotics<br />
</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Antibiotic treatments like tetracycline aggravate your acne in the long run and also severely damage your internal system in the process. Antibiotics destroy all the bacteria in your system including the good, probiotic bacteria like acidophilus that have many essential qualities that promote clear skin. One of these qualities is the ability to protect your digestive tract from parasites and fungus (that constantly stress and damage your liver, one of the most important organs responsible for the healing process of your skin).</div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><b>4. Shaving with Four-In-One Razor blades</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Never use these four-in-one razor blades when shaving especially if you have large bumps and painful cysts. The reason is that blades that guarantee the “closest shave” will cause severe irritation and will damage your skin. Always use a single blade when having “live” acne.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>5. Picking Your Skin (popping and squeezing included)</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Never, never and ever touch, pick or squeeze your blemishes, regardless of how temping and “safe” it may seem. By doing this unprofessionally, you make your acne worse by aggravating your existing inflammation and pushing the puss deeper and wider into the skin. There are in fact very effective and safe ways of dealing with small whiteheads or blackheads but I would strongly recommend leaving that to the professionals if you care for your skin and wish to prevent further scarring.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>6. Taking excessive amounts of Vitamin A</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Vitamin A from natural sources (green leafy vegetables and beta carotene fruit and veggies) and in small quantities can significantly enhance the healing process of your skin but when taken excessively it can seriously damage your liver and cause severe health problems and side effects.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>7.Use over the counters for your Rosacea</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">That one is a no-brainer. Taking over the counters that by definition make your skin red and irritating is definitely not something you want to do when surfeiting from rosacea. If you suffer from rosacea, always consult your dermatologist prior to applying over the counters on your already inflamed and highly sensitive skin.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

Life long acne researcher exposes the true connection between acne bacteria and acne formation. Discover why acne is not a problem with your skin.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Propionibacterium acnes,</b> or p acne bacteria, the bacteria we all have on our skin is an essential life form. Like all life forms it fights to survive and sustain their lives. Surprisingly, these microscopic creatures that conventional medicine taught us to believe are the cause of acne, are actually a small part of the acne puzzle and a vital player in sustaining our inner balance and the health of our skin.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Acne bacteria are not contagious and everyone has acne bacteria on their skin, regardless if the individual suffers from acne or not</b>. Streptococcus bacteria, for example, exist in everyone's throat, but it doesn’t always cause a strep throat or tonsillitis. The reason is that similar to the acne bacteria these bacteria will not trigger the formation of a strep throat (or acne in the case of the acne bacteria) unless the specific condition or the right “environment” is created.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">It is important to know that as long as the acne bacteria stays in balance with your internal system, acne bacteria will “mind their own business” and will defend the body from colonization of harmful bacteria. Acne bacteria feed themselves from the secretions of our sweat and sebaceous glands, and in a balanced biological state, sustains the flexibility of our skin.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Acne is an environment that forms only when the production of sebum on the skin is excessive. This excessive production of oil is triggered mainly by hormonal imbalance.</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">When blood toxins (usually blood toxins that are expelled through your skin) are mixed with this over production of oil, the p.acne invades the hair follicles and starts to multiply. The P. acne multiplies by feeding themselves of the oil using enzymes. As part of this feeding process, acne bacteria produces free fatty acids that irritate the skin. The body calls the white and red blood cells to defend itself. The red and white blood cells often cause an inflammatory response, that results in the familiar symptoms of acne: swelling, pus, whiteheads, nodules and pustules.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Killing the acne bacteria using antibiotics is a fruitless and destructive approach. Taking antibiotic is destructive because it upsets the natural balance of the P.acne in our body, eradicates the good probiotic bacteria and enables the intrusion of harmful bacteria to skin. Taking antibiotics is fruitless because constant intake of antibiotics will eventually cause the p.acne to become resistant to antibiotics. It is a fruitless approach also because it doesn’t stop the environment that caused the P.acne to multiply.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The only way to stop acne permanently is to neutralize the acne environment (when the bacteria multiplies and feeds on blood toxins and excessive production of oil). To stop acne, you must balance oil secretion and discharge your body from accumulated toxins and control the nutritional, hormonal, psychological and environmental triggers.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The secret for permanent clear skin is therefore, neutralizing all the factors that form the acne environment while keeping the p. acne bacteria at an optimal balance.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

Is there really a revolutionary <a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/">acne treatment</a> overlooked by the medical establishment that wipes off acne in days?</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The recent proliferation of quick fix acne treatments, miracle cures, and instant acne formulas, has caused consumers to wonder if these alternatives are actually worth their hopes and hard earned cash. Can there be an overwhelmingly easy to follow and quick acne treatments that produce results in days?</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>The difference between simple and easy</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">If someone has mild to moderate acne that is uncommonly triggered by allergy to certain foods, then they can often begin to clear their acne very quickly and easily, relative to their previous disappointing results. All they have to do is improve their nutrition by eliminating these acne-aggravating foods and a quantum leap can often be made.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">With that distinction made, let me state unequivocally that achieving permanent clear skin is never really “easy”. There is always effort and discipline involved, as there is with any worthwhile achievement. Endlessly searching for an easier way, a fairy tale quick fix, a miracle cure, a holy grail, is a misguided quest and it will lead you nowhere.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Curing acne is very simple, but for most people it is not easy. There's a big difference between simple and easy: "Simple" means the process is not complicated - if you do x and y you'll get the desired result. "Easy" implies that something can be done with little or no effort. Anyone who tells you they've discovered an “easy” or "very quick" way to clear acne is simply and boldly lying.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><b>You can only reap what you sow</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Achieving lasting clear skin requires two things:</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">1) You must be willing to put some effort</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">2) You must be patient</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The problem with many people is that they are terrified from anything that appears to involve some work. They’re always looking for short cuts. As soon as they see something that promises to cure their acne "quickly," "easily," "effortlessly," "while they sleep," and so on, they whip out their wallets and take the bait.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Make no mistake;</b> people who are prone to acne and have beautiful clear skin, especially celebrities and famous models, have worked very hard to get where they are. Many famous people with acne prone skin who now have flawless complexions have made a sacrifice to get there.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">It's an absolute law of the universe that you can't get something for nothing. Your acne will fade away and your skin will become clear and glowing in direct proportion to the amount of effort you put in. You can only reap what you sow.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>The 5 crucial components to an effective clear skin plan<br />
</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">An effective clear skin program must have five crucial components:</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">1. Internal and external cleansing</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">2. Internal strengthening and rejuvenating</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">3. Hormonal balancing</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">4. Lifestyle optimization</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">5. Goal setting and motivation</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Except for those with acne triggered by allergies to food, it‘s extremely difficult (if not impossible) for most people to achieve permanent clear skin in days and without effort.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">So there you have it. You have a solution. It's simple (just follow the steps) but it's not always easy. From here you decide what to do with your acne and your health. Like everything, in the end, it all comes down to your choices.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

Accutane is a potent oral drug from Hoffman-LaRoche that has been proven highly effective for reducing acne symptoms dramatically after only one course of 15-20 weeks.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">With its undoubting success at battling even the toughest cases of acne and ever-growing popularity among teens as a miracle drug, why is Accutane still considered the most controversial pharmaceutical on the market? The answer: a documented list of severe and sometimes permanent side effects.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Although some of the side effects associated with the use of Isotretinoin are mild and tolerable (dry lips, dry eyes, nosebleeds, extremely dry skin, increased sensitivity to the sun and thinning hair) there is in fact a long list of serious side effects that have been reported due to the use of Accuttane which persisted even after the drug therapy was stopped. Among those are: Severe aches and pains in the lower back and large joints, severe allergy reactions that include moderate rashes and difficulty to breath, vision problems, hearing loss, permanent liver damage, persistent migraines and headaches and skeletal<b> hyperostosis </b>which is an excessive bone growth that occurs along the sides of the spine.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">But perhaps, the two most bothersome of all Accutane side effects are its potential to cause severe birth defects if taken by pregnant women or women that became pregnant while taking the drug and the suggested link between the intake of Accutane and the changes in mood, severe depression and suicidal thoughts.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Since, Isotretinoin can be harmful to the fetus, it should not be used during pregnancy and women should avoid pregnancy for at least a month after the use of Accutane. Additionally, because of its severe side effects, nursing mothers must avoid the drug completely.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Although researchers still argue whether Isotretinoin causes depression or not, Roche the manufacturer of Accutane, openly shares information claiming that Accutane and its generic, isotretinoin, can alter mood: "Synthetic derivatives of vitamin A, can negatively impact brain chemicals such as dopamine and serotonin."</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>The FDA website warns: "All patients treated with isotretinoin should be observed closely for symptoms of depression or suicidal thoughts, such as sad mood, irritability, acting on dangerous impulses, anger, loss of pleasure ... mood disturbance, psychosis, or aggression."</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Moreover, statistics show that between 1989 and 2003, there were 216 reported drug-linked suicides among U.S. teens younger than 18. Of these, 72 suicides were linked to Accutane (isotretinoin). The next highest number of suicides in that time period -- 55 -- involved Prozac (fluoxetine).</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Accutane works by reducing the size and output of the sebaceous glands and thus stops excess oil production. The problem is that Accutane damages your skins sebum glands and liver function in the process. By the time you stop taking the drug, your skin oil glands will return to function but your liver will not be able to properly balance your hormones and prevent the over production of sebum.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Isotrteinoin</b> also normalizes your keratinization (the shedding of dead skin cells), improves fat metabolism and reduces inflammation. But all of these benefits can be easily achieved using all natural dietary, supplementation and skin care alternatives and without the side effects. For example: Foods that are rich in Vitamin A and Beta Carotene can help reduce the secretion of oil by the sebaceous glands. Simple home made peels made of Papaya can easily replace the peeling action of Isotrerinoin and sleep optimization, and regular exercising including vitamin, C, E, Zinc and Colostrum can boost the immune abilities of the body and thus reduce inflammation.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Accutane is not the solution to acne</b>. Not only does it treat the symptoms of the disease and not the internal cause, stopping your skin's natural oil production, can in most cases, result in extra dryness combined with the acceleration of the skin's aging process (yes! your skin will look older). Moreover, Accutane severely damages your liver function among other side effects, which in turn destroys your delicate inner balance and your natural healing abilities. Hence, it is doing the opposite of curing.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">A long-term acne solution should address the internal cause of acne by tackling all acne contributing factors and neutralizing the acne environment - the only, safe, natural and effective way you could ever achieve lasting acne freedom.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Ask any medical doctor if there is a connection between diet and acne and almost all of them will claim there is none. Quoting from the Journal of the American Medical Association: "Diet plays no role in acne treatment in most patients…even large amounts of certain foods have not clinically exacerbated acne".</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">With years of medical education and clinical experience behind these claims, how can we the simple folks who suffer from acne challenge these statements and think otherwise? The answer is: doubt. Doubt, if its stays in the borders of reason, can open many doors otherwise will stay forever shut. Believe it or not, doubt can change reality. Doubt can cure your acne and doubt can even save your life.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Fact is</b>, countless of acne sufferers have reported that their acne seemed to get worse when they consumed certain foods and saw dramatic positive change over their acne condition when they eliminated the same foods from their diet and when certain foods with specific nutritional value were incorporated into their diet.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">So why do dermatologists so stubbornly insist that diet does not cause acne? The answer: you can't make a profit promoting a healthy diet. At least not as much money as you could make by selling drugs and over the counters. There is a huge pressure upon doctors coming from the drug and pharmaceutical companies to prescribe expensive medications and lotions that create dependency. The truth is, that your doctor is in a way, a hostage by the trillion dollar drug companies. Did you know that the drug companies, who have no interest in producing something that they cannot control financially, sponsor most medical schools?</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>The right diet, although not a solution by itself</b>, can, in many cases, dramatically reduce inflammation and even completely clear one's acne (if you're one of the lucky ones who's acne is triggered by allergic response to food). Promoting a clear skin diet simply means less profits for the drug and pharmaceutical companies.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The truth is that conventional medications will never cure your acne, simply because they are pre-designed NOT to fix the internal cause of acne. They are pre-designed to deal with the external symptoms of a disease as they create more and more dependency and more dependency means making more money all at our expense and ignorance.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>The Theory That Diet Doesn’t Cause Acne Is A Myth</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The dogmatic theory that diet does not cause acne and that acne is merely an incurable genetic disorder was based upon two dated researches published in 1969 and 1971 that were aimed at studying the connection between diet and acne.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">These studies were the foundation of the ‘acne symptoms treatment strategy’, meaning, because acne is a genetic disease that cannot be prevented, the only way to deal with acne would be to tackle its symptoms (bacteria, inflammation, puss, redness, greasiness), by applying creams, antibiotics, taking prescription drugs and over the counters.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Surprisingly enough, years after the above studies were published, clinical trials and in depth researches experimenting the acne diet link have found that the studies from 1969 and 1971 had came to the wrong conclusions and were in fact seriously flawed.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Recent studies have clearly found a significant connection between diet and acne. It appears that the wrong diet is now thought to be one of the leading acne contributing factors that can negatively affect hormonal regulation and the natural process of toxic elimination, which can seriously aggravate one’s existing acne.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Diet Shapes Who You Are (Including Your Acne)</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">In the same way that crashing waves shape beach cliffs and just like the wind shapes the canyon walls, slowly and methodically over time, so does eating shapes and effects our physic, our internal system, our physical and mental being, from the organ down to the cellular level.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The idea that an object foreign to our body that is inserted by the food that we eat, has no effect on us, or has no impact on chronic conditions such as acne is absurd. Diet is the primary thing that affects and shapes who we are.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Diet has cumulative effect on our bodies, and that includes our skin condition and acne, which is a manifestation of a chronic internal problem slowly shaped and built by the wrong daily dietary choices over the years.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Acne Diet and The Kitavan Islanders</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">While in the U.S, more than 80% of teenagers between 16 and 18 have acne and more than 17 million Americans suffer from some form of acne, there is an interesting evidence that native people that live and eat in traditional ways, have significantly lower to no occurrences of acne.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">In 2002, Dr. Cordain and his colleagues published a landmark study that examined 300 people living in the Kitavan Islands off the coast of Papua New Guinea that showed that none of the islanders had even one blemish on his or her face. Similar to the Kitavans, no case of acne had been observed when the same experiment had been conducted upon the South American Indians called the Ache, living in a remote jungle in eastern Paraguay.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The natives of Kitavan and the South American Indians had no access to the latest over the counters, topical creams or conventional acne medications and they had no dermatologist to consult with. The only vast difference between them and American or European citizens is their diet.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Acne Diet and Sugar: The Sweet Poison</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Aside from the fact that sugar is a 100% pure chemical with zero nutritional value, recent studies have clearly shown a connection between the consumption of sugar and the aggravation of acne.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">When you consume any form of refined carbohydrates (white sugar, white flour, white rice) here's what happens: right after you insert that 'sweet poison' into your body, it rapidly spikes up your blood sugar levels. Your body needs to bring those levels down so it secrets a surge of insulin, other male hormones and an insulin-like growth factor called IGF-1. The excretion of these hormones overwhelms your liver and your internal system in general. The excess of male hormones encourages the skin to excrete large amounts of sebum oil: The greasy substance that encourages the p.acne bacteria to grow, resulting in the aggravation of your acne.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Acne Diet and Dairy Products: Got Milk? Got Acne</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">If you thought sugar can aggravate your acne, here's another major nutritional player in the formation of acne: behold the miracles of milk. Milk (all dairy products included) is the most harmful, mucus forming, allergenic and acne aggravating food you can find. Surprised? I thought so. After years of constant brainwashing by the media, who can blame us for thinking milk is good for strong bones and healthy teeth? The truth is: every sip of milk contains 59 different raging hormones, (which trigger the hyper-production of sebum oil resulting in more acne), saturated animal fat, steroid hormones, dead white blood cells, and cow pus in abundance!</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Did you know that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allows 750 million pus cells in every liter of milk (about two pounds) produced in America? Think about it, the next time you pop a pimple.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Scientific studies already point the finger at milk as one of the worst acne aggravating foods: "As pointed out by Dr. Jerome Fisher, 'About 80 percent of cows that are giving milk are pregnant and are throwing off hormones continuously.' Progesterone breaks down into androgens, which have been implicated as a factor in the development of acne...Dr. Fisher observed that his teenage acne patients improved as soon as the milk drinking stopped."</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">If there's one element you should remove from your diet in the quest for clear skin make it this one. Not only will you see an immediate improvement over your acne, you'll feel a huge weight has been lifted from your body. If you worry about calcium intake, don’t! Milk being acidic forming food creates a leeching effect where calcium is taken from your bones to balance the acidity. Milk actually deprives your body from its calcium resources. Green leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds are not only excellent sources of calcium they also have the powers to help you fight your acne symptoms.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Diet Is Only One of The Factors That Cause Acne</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Dairy products and sugar are not the only acne aggravating foods. The two above cannot sum up the list of western made acne triggering foods. There are several other foods you should clearly stay away from if you ever wish to clear your acne. The good new is that there are tons of other foods such as essential fatty acids that are not only excellent for your skin, they can actually help you clear your acne, by re-balancing your body and promoting to an acne-free environment.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The right nutrition plays an important part in the complex process of acne formation. When doctors claim there is no link between diet and acne because certain individuals can eat specific foods and get acne while others eat the same foods and don't, these doctors have failed to realize that there are several factors involved in the formation and aggravation of acne and diet is only ONE of them.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The Final Verdict On The Acne Diet Connection: How To Finally Overcome Your Acne Challenge</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Acne is a complex condition that is triggered by several underlying factors. The only way to neutralize your acne condition is to tackle all these acne-contributing factors-holistically. Since the wrong diet is only one of these acne-triggering factors, in most cases no special diet can cure acne.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">There is a however, a tight connection between diet and acne formation. Dietary factors can trigger and aggravate your existing acne. Avoiding the wrong foods such as milk, sugar and hydrogenated oils, and eating cleansing and hormonal balancing foods such as green leafy vegetables and essential fatty acids, can help your skin heal itself from the inside out and dramatically reduce your acne symptoms.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">There are also several important dietary principals that you must understand and follow if you ever want to cure your acne for good.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Taking responsibility over your body and adhering to these dietary principals along with taking the necessary steps to tackle all acne contributing factors, holistically, will not only cure your acne permanently and give you the flawless acne free skin you deserve, following these principals will also significantly improve your overall health, mental well-being, look and feel.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

The main cure behind acne is not being told to us by all the skin care companies for other counter methods to sell fast. But this does not mean that there is no cure for acne. There are many things that are needed to be done in order for you to rid acne overnight.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">For those suffering from serious or severe pimple breakout with my <b>5 simple tips you will be able to fight pimples.</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Let me shortly explain some facts behind acne for you to understand what you can do to get rid of acne overnight. Acne is mostly caused by clogged up skin pores for example if you have a dirty skin your pores will get blocked. Excess production of oil by the sebaceous gland can also block the pores in your skin; this infection is now formed when the bacteria called P.acne gets to the blocked pores and then it multiplies. And when it gets inflamed you see the pimples or zits on the outside.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">While this infection occur in teenagers is because their hormones increases during their puberty stages and then it multiplies the production off oil by the sebaceous gland. For you to rid acne you have to</div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><b>1. Wash your face at least twice daily </b>to help you remove the dirt on your skin surface, the cleaner your body gets the more pimples formation reduces. But do not wash your face more than twice daily so that you will not wash away all the oil on your skin and keep it dry.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b><br />
2. Do not touch your face repeatedly</b>. We use our hands to do many things so imagine using your hands that is dirty to touch your face; it spreads the acne all around your face. Use tissue if you need to touch your face.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>3. Try doing some exercise like jogging</b>. You are doing exercise to get rid of toxins in your body. When you exercise you sweat out all the dirt and toxins that your body contain.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>4. Even the milk that you drink </b>can serve as a useful home remedy for zits, black heads and white heads. Blend nutmeg with milk and then apply it to help you chase that infection away.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">By: paul christophers on article directory</div><div style="color: blue; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: large;"><b>Get More Tips On the Button</b></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/"><img border="0" height="98" src="http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQGyR0L__enIE1O3g-1CgaQ2JnAyk2hL0oRlwhyr60UTNRBfaOh" width="200" /></a></div><div style="color: blue; text-align: justify;"><br />

</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>5. Acne products</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">For a good acne skin treatment, don’t expose your skin to many different products at the same time. Gradually introduce your skin to new products. Your skin might react and your acne might get worse if you bring about drastic changes suddenly.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>6. Shampoo regularly</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">The acne on your forehead or on the hairline is due to the fatty acids. To reduce them, try shampooing more often and keep your hair clean.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>7. After workouts</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">This is the time when dirt is most likely to be trapped by the sweat and oils on your skin and produce bacteria. Always take a shower after each workout.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>8. Before sleeping</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Cleanse your face and remove makeup as it blocks your pores and worsens the acne.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>9. Exercise</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Exercising reduces stress. So exercise to reduce your acne problem.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>10. Drinking water</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Keep your body free of toxins by drinking plenty of water. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The other myth or misconception about this skin condition is that acne cannot be cured and that the person has to endure the discomfort or at best has to go in for costly cleansers or cosmetic treatment to get rid of the acne blemishes. This adds further stress to the already demoralized individual and he begins to lose hope.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">On one hand, he is bombarded with all sorts of commercials exhorting him to go for those expensive cosmetics, while on the other hand, there are other articles stating that due to the different types of acne prevalent, all synthetic cleansers and medications have little or no effect whatsoever. Very few articles focus on natural tips for acne free skin and that is one area this write - up is going to be focusing upon. The fact is that acne is caused due to certain basic skin abnormalities which can be cured through natural means. It only requires concentrated effort and discipline to do so.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The natural method of curing acne deals with avoiding any prescription related medication or cosmetics and attempts to treat the condition of acne from within. This has been found to be more sustaining and a relatively inexpensive way of dealing with this scourge. Very often in life, some of the most deep rooted conditions or discomforts have to be weeded out from their base and acne is no different. It is just a matter of knowing about them and implementing them with dedication.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Let us look at some of the tips for acne free skin:</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">a)<b> Water</b> – The importance of this elixir of life cannot be understated. This is one liquid that cannot do any harm and even excess consumption will only have some positive benefits. It balances body metabolism and helps flush out the harmful toxins that would go on to create problems of the skin like acne.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">b) <b>Skin care routine</b> – Adopting a regular facial, toning and moisturizing practice has been considered very beneficial for the skin and helps keep the pores clean from grime. Facials and scrubs made from organic sources are not only very effective but light on the pocket as well.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">c)<b> Alleviate stress</b> – Modern life is such that some stress is inevitable. However, you can reduce it by indulging in relaxing exercises, getting enough sleep and by managing time better. Stress has been known to create havoc within the body and one manifestation could be acne.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">d) <b>Appropriate diet</b> – The role of vegetables and fruits are equally important in providing the body with the required minerals and vitamins that help fight acne. This is recommended instead of fast foods and meat products as they tend to induce release of free radicals and they could in turn lead to skin problems like acne.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">e)<b> Appropriate make up</b> – Avoiding any oil based make up and sticking to minimum make up is ideal for the skin to breathe. Many of the sunscreens and concealers do more damage than care for your skin.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">f)<b> Supplement intake</b> – Certain supplements like zinc and other herbal acne treatment products in the right combination have been found very effective in preventing acne.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The above tips for acne free skin are very useful and though they are not exhaustive, you can make a beginning with them and will surely notice a definite improvement in controlling this skin condition from worsening. Over time, you may be even able to prevent any acne from forming in the first place.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">original article by Steve Taylor on ArticlesBase </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Clear skin has somehow become one of the most unattainable goals of every acne sufferer. If you are one of them, you might have gotten tired of the endless applications of different creams and topical medications. In the end, you wind up wasting time and money<a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/">. Acne No More </a>is one of the self-help books for all acne sufferers out there. A lot of people find themselves wondering if it really works, or maybe it is one of the books that give you a bunch of cliché to work on.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The author, Mike Walden, believes in the concept that his book is based on. All of us are aware that hormones act as fuel of the different organs in our body. The book <a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/">Acne No More</a> focuses on the ways in which you can balance the level of your hormones in such a way that you do not need to go back to the old unstable hormones you have even when you stop the program.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<a name='more'></a>Another one of his theories is that any hindrance in one's body can lead to acne. So, what he did is that he designed his program that can effectively remove any blockage hindering the normal physiology of the body. By doing so, the digestive and circulatory system can handle the hormones better which results to better well-being. Aside from that, you are also able to eliminate unwanted microorganisms which can lead to another blockage in the future.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">There are many things we do every day that can add to the probability of having acne. In view of this, certain environmental elements that can cause hormonal problems and system obstruction should be controlled as this can also lead to pimples. Furthermore, you might want to boost your circulatory system to avoid acne as well.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">But, it is important to acknowledge the possibility that you can get acne even while you are on this program, and after finishing it. These elements are studied and discussed while you are on the program.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">You should remember that the system of Acne No More must be followed no matter how tempting it is to modify it a little. This program does not only suggest how to get rid of your pimples, but it also includes the ways on how you can stay clear. Although, you should know that this is not a miracle cure. It is just an acne treatment regimen based on the reality of the human anatomy and physiology.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/"><img border="0" src="http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSEUpKXU3yo5mQLmPQLw089GFbscWu6gbTrDDUKaJ-fRYBYgfXCuQ" /></a></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Is a topical acne treatment expensive?</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Selling acne remedies is a multi-million-dollar industry. The price may range from $6 for a simple cream to $90 for one with a famous name on it. Anyway, there so many efficient products that you can be sure to find one that fits both your budget and your needs. Acne treatment cost may not be such an issue... Let's see.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<a name='more'></a><b>A useful investigation:</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Buy 2 non-prescription creams from your usual shop, one in the lower-price range, and an expensive one.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Chances are, one cream bears the name of a well-known brand while you have never heard of the other. Read the list of ingredients.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Granted, there could be lot if you don't know what to look for, so either you locate someone if a lab coat to sort out what the active ingredients are, or you scan the list for the names benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid. Those are the required ingredients in an effective cream. What does it tell us?</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">I bet your 2 creams contain both ingredients. OK, the designer cream may also contain « organic cherry blossoms » or « authentic silk fibers » but this is nothing but a trap. It's only there to make you think that cream is more valuable.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">In fact, the active ingredients are the same in both creams, so the production cost is basically the same. The only difference in acne treatment cost here, is the cost of advertising. So if you're only looking for efficiency, avoid spending too much money on advertising!</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Non-prescription products:</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">They typically cost $6 to $16 monthly. They help clean the pores by getting rid of dead skin cells, and make the bacteria responsible for acne, Propionibacterium Acnes, less active. Benzoyl peroxide is helpful against whiteheads, salicylic acid frees the pores and protects the skin against lesions – which prevents blackheads – and resorcinol combined with sulphur helps heal small skin lesions.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Prescription lotions:</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">True, those make acne treatment cost significantly more important: $40 to $100 monthly, plus the required visit to your physician.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Is it worth it? The molecules contained are more expensive, but Erythromycin or Sodium sulphacetamide are definitely more efficient in the fight against Propionibacterium Acnes. Tazarotene ot Tretinoin, two topical reinoids, clean the pores and are efficient against both blackheads and whiteheads.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>So what to do?</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Many people are not overjoyed at the thought of spending large sums of money on acne treatment, or having to go to the doctor's every month.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">That is the reason why most people first resort to non-prescription treatments, which are not so expensive and yet usually quite effective. They buy cheap, unknown brands or more fancy ones according to their budget.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The majority of people only go to a dermatologist when non-prescription solutions have failed, when their acne gets more severe, or when they suffer from acne-related scarring.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Hopefully this short article has answered most of the questions about acne treatment costs that may come to your mind!</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

Your completely fed up with your acne, tried lots of acne treatments at home, none of them work effectively. If you're tired of wasting time and money will little to show for it, then perhaps you might ask yourself...</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Is My Body Missing The Things That It Needs?</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Whenever we have a problem, whether it's with acne or any other problem in our body, it is often just a way of our body trying to tell us that something is going on underneath the surface. This is probably the reason why doctors are unable to really pinpoint what the actual causes of acne are. Yes, they may say that it has to do with hormonal changes that occur within the body or perhaps it is hereditary but many naturalists will agree, it is only an outward sign that something else is going on under the surface.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Unfortunately, we live in a society which has become used to eating fast foods, sugary snacks and loading up on soda. All of these things can really do a number on our insides and we are constantly adding additional toxins to our body that it is unable to remove. Even though the body has an amazing ability to be able to take care of these things naturally, if we overloaded on a regular basis our body will simply store the toxins and then slowly release them through our skin.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Whenever this is the case and we experience problems with acne and considering acne treatments at home, it is necessary for us to determine if we have an over balance of something or if we are lacking in something else. This balance can take on many different forms including pH and toxins that are stored up with in our body. In order for us to bring ourselves back into balance, we might need to make adjustments.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The easiest way for to do this is change what we eat. Try adding things to your diet on a regular basis such as salads and fruit. If you continue to do this and eat more fruits and vegetables for a couple of months, you would be surprised to find out that your skin will clear up and regain a healthy appearance.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Holistic methods work on the problem as a whole and have been proven to work on teen or adult acne, acne on the face, back, shoulders, neck or chest.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Holistic treatment can work on all types of acne, even very severe acne.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Mike Walden, a certified nutritionist, health consultant and author has created what can be more accurately described as an "<a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/">Acne Bible</a>." It is quite simply one of the most comprehensive, complete, and precise guides to acne freedom you will ever read.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">By: P. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">Bothered endlessly by the acne? I wonder if I should admire you or you should admire me-in my age the acne comes no more, but my youth also comes no more.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Anyway the acne is really troublesome, right? Once, my 16-year-old daughter was always spending a few minutes before mirror and complaining about it, and my hard-earned salary was constantly flowing into the doctor's pocket due to it. Both of them drive me mad.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The nightmare finally will be finished by a product-Acne No More. It's really out of our expectation that it's an e-book instead of a medicine or a cleansing milk or a set of tools used to remove acne. The author is Mike Walden, a nutritionist. His idea is not only focus on the acne, but a general adjustment to the inner body environment. He believes that when the inner environment reaches harmony</div><div style="text-align: justify;">, the acne will disappear naturally. The book mainly includes what is acne and why it comes, how to cure it and some other helpful topics such as internal body cleansing, appropriate diet, food we should try to avoid and we can eat, keeping a natural hormonal balance, and so on. My daughter and I sometimes throw ourselves into sofa, reading together and discussing. Most of time I take it with me and read when I take subway. A detailed summary of Acne No More shows five treatment programs. A mini program for mild acne is my daughters favorite -after all she is a young girl without too much patience to read all. Other topics covered are how to alleviate stress, sleep improvement, exercise and skin care. This is a step by step program, not a once and away one. We have overcomed our laziness, casual desires to the rich food and have been reminding each other of following its instructions. Recently the acne becomes faded. Our fight with acne likes a seesaw battle, fortunately we almost win.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">I like Acne No More not only because it cures my daughter's acne, saves my money, but also because it gives us many useful tips for our health. The idea I appreciate most in this book is that food affects our health. Everybody knows the truth that curing disease with food is more delicious and cheaper than the medicine.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Your skin is one of your most essential and valuable possessions of life. It is not only a protector against environmental effects, but it is also functions as a heat regulator, and allows you to have the sense of touch. From a social point of view, your skin is one of the first things people see. Daily, you meet or interact with other people. While your mannerisms may appear to others that you have it all together, your skin may say otherwise. However, you boldly interact with others while your anxiety about your skin’s condition is at an all times high.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The condition of your skin may be an indication of your dietary habits. Meaning, if you have bad dietary habits, your skin may show signs of acne or other types of skin disorders. However, this is not to suggest that everyone with bad skin has bad dietary habits. Quite the opposite, people with good dietary habits may also suffer from skin disorders. However, the question remains, is your body getting everything it needs? Or, are you consuming certain ingredients that your body has an adverse reaction to, which negatively impacts your skin?</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">After eliminating certain ingredients from my diet for a month, I noticed major improvement of my skin. What did I eliminate? (Get ready for this.) I stopped eating junk food (chips, pizza, ice cream, etc), bread, sugary drinks, and seafood (I had already eliminated all other physical meats from my diet); I cut my sugar intake; I increased my water, fruits, and vegetable intake. During this process, I took a liquid supplement to ensure that I had all the necessary nutrients in my body. Because I gave my body a break from artificial foods, and I gave it what it needed, my skin benefited as a result.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">I encourage you to record everything you eat as well as any abnormal effects to you notice to your skin. This is important as it will help you to identify cause-and-effect trends with your skin in conjunction with the foods you eat.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">If you decide to eliminate foods from your diet as I have, first consult with your doctor. My example may not be the best process for you. However, if your skin condition persists, visit a dermatologist and/or a nutritionist that may help you to identify a way ahead for clear, healthy skin.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Beware, you may identify that the foods you love most may be the foods you have to give up. From experience, I can tell you this will not be easy. It is definitely a sacrifice. You will, however, gain more control of your body, comfort, and confidence. That makes it all worth the sacrifice.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">By: Davis Alexander on www.articledashboard.com</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

These scars are extremely bothersome because they are commonly tricky to treat and eliminate.</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">You most likely know that there are a lot of chemical treatments available that are typically costly. At the end of the day, various people have discovered much more success utilizing home treatments for acne scars.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">One of the top home treatments for acne scars is to make use of some fresh lemon or lime juice on the infected area. You just have to obtain a fresh lemon or lime and squeeze out a little of the juice on a cotton ball. Now take this cotton ball and dab it straight on the acne scars.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">You will have to allow the juice to remain on the skin for a short while and then rinse it off with a little water. One more efficient home treatment for eliminating these scars is about mixing a small amount of sandalwood powder and a little amount of drops of rosewater.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">You must now stir it until it makes a paste. Now you will just have to apply the paste to the scars onto your skin and allow it to sit for about an hour and rinse it off.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">If you can, you must make use of this home remedy right before you go to sleep and leave it on overnight then wash it off in the morning. Another thing you can do is break open a vitamin E capsule to treat your acne scars.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">You will have to then utilize the contents within the vitamin E capsule to apply to the infected areas on your skin. If you cannot get hold of any vitamin E capsules you may also make use of some topical vitamin E cream instead.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Lastly, one of the top home treatments for treating acne scars is to utilize a baking soda scrub. Baking soda is a household item that has small particles that can help exfoliate your skin without destroying the skin's surface layers.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Baking soda scrubs may also exterminate any acne creating bacteria and get rid of any skin discolorations to help the skin remain clear while acne scars are deleted. You must apply the baking soda one time on a regular basis to exfoliate dead skin cells.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">All you need to do is pour about 2 tablespoons of baking soda in the palm of your hand and then put a little amount of water in the baking soda until you produce a paste. Now gradually massage the paste around the skin for at least one minute and then rinse it off your face using water.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Article Directory: www.articledashboard.com</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

There is no purpose to struggle with acne when you can instantly get rid of it permanently. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/"><img border="0" src="http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQ1CE-ZL5X7gUt9O4yM6PwacWvZwecQfMTywqGZcY3VHFZNKBYj" /></a></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

There are several acne solutions that are sold all over the place but most of them will not be as effective as they should be. You might even purchase a product that could only make your condition that much worse. The best choice is to find information, such as reviews on the product before you buy it. Also, you can use these ideas to help you get rid of your adult acne:</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">1. Always wash your face because it is important to moisten your skin. If you do not clean your face regularly, your skin has an extremely high chance of getting acne. Make sure to gently wash your face. It is recommended to use mild soap rather than strong-scented soap. Talk to your dermatologist if you are wondering what brands are mild soaps. When unclogging pores, it is the best choice to use boiled water. Non-boiled water can have harmful effects on the skin, depending on the person, and it can rid the body of elements within the skin.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">2. Another suggestion is to use benzyl peroxide on your skin for at least one week. Benzyl peroxide can get rid of dead skin layers , and helps in the grown of new skin cells. It can also get ris of bacteria that may cause acne. Benzyl peroxide is often packaged as a cleanser or other product so it may take some searching to find it.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">3. Try not to put your hands on your face, especially in the day. The reason is because you most likely went different places and have acquired germs from that place as well. Also, bring you cleanser with you, so you will be constantly protect your face from germs. Another tips is not pick your acne. Your body will eventually find a way to remove it, after you have treated it, so there is no purpose in trying to speed up the process. The result could be that you get scarred skin, which is worse because it can be removed.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">4. Do not used oil-based products during the treatment. Any oil-based products, such as some hairsprays, can worsen your condition. Oil can stimulate the growth of bacteria in the skin, which can cause more acne to occur. If you eat an oily food, you want to wipe off any excess material gently, so it does not spread to any part of your face.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">5. Always drink water because your body will then get ris of all unnecessary materials in the body. Also, eat plenty of fruits because they contain nutrients that help your skin texture.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Original Article Directory: www.articledashboard.com</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/"><img border="0" height="149" src="http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRNFt16zWlXwxOP0aMGoooK7BsEzNnsKRcw_-OZ0SOdTWud7nxa" width="200" /></a></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b> Why Is <a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/">Acne No More</a> The Best Selling Holistic Acne Book In Internet History, With Thousands Of Satisfied (And Now Acne Free) Users In 131 Countries Worldwide?</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/">Acne No More</a> is the #1 best selling acne ebook in the history of the Internet for a reason...</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Thousands of women and men of every age have completely cured their acne condition and achieved lasting clear skin naturally, without drugs, over the counters, creams or "magic potions," simply by using the clinically proven, scientifically-accurate step by step method found inside this amazing acne freedom guidebook.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Mike Walden, a certified nutritionist, health consultant and author has not just pumped out yet another "acne cure program" into an already over-saturated market. Mike's Acne No More can be more accurately described as an "Acne Bible." It is quite simply one of the most comprehensive, complete, and precise guides to acne freedom you will ever read. What makes it so much different than other clear skin publications on the market?</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Well first of all, it's not just a "acne relief" or "skin care" program, it's a holistic acne cure program. This may seem like semantics or wordplay at first, but once you've read just the first chapters, there will be no doubt in your mind that pursuing "acne relief" is not only the wrong goal, it may be the reason that you've failed to stop and maintain your 'acne free internal environment'. <a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/">Acne No More</a> shows you exactly why you should fix the internal problem that's causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief and then goes on to show you exactly how to do it.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Secondly, what makes Acne No More different is the amount of attention that is paid to each and every element required to achieve permanent freedom from acne symptoms and from hormonal and toxic overload disorders. <a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/">Acne No More</a> not only thoroughly discusses the lies, myths and fallacies surrounding a very confusing subject, it is simply the most detailed book about acne, blackheads, and hormonal health and inner balance ever written</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/"><img border="0" height="212" src="http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQ1CE-ZL5X7gUt9O4yM6PwacWvZwecQfMTywqGZcY3VHFZNKBYj" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

An Ebook by Mike Walden: Take A Sneak Peek Inside<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/"><img border="0" height="212" src="http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQt8neoryk2czHAdPX417u-itfH5QHvYRBQI1v9R7H3SidVVOPI" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">If you are wondering if Mike Walden's Acne No More ebook is a scam, please keep reading this article.</div><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Acne No More starts off with simple mind exercises to help get you motivated and ready for this extensive program. Walden's well-written ebook is extremely detailed and intense and I believe many people are simply not ready for the extremely comprehensive step-by-step plan.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The best thing about Acne No More is the fact that the plan is very well-organized and easy to implement. Walden's readers are slowly introduced to the steps at a pace that will not only make lifestyle changes easier but also see results in a short period of time. Acne No More takes persistence and dedication as it will change many aspects of your life over time.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Download your copy of Acne No More by Mike Walden<a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/"> here.</a></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">It covers every aspect you could possibly think of to cure acne naturally and most people that follow Acne No More should start seeing results fairly quickly.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">You will learn how to naturally balance your hormones, detoxify your body, strengthen your natural internal mechanisms and so much more.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">I specifically enjoyed the chapter on various stress control techniques and how your mental state affects your acne. It does not go into great detail about stress management; however, the techniques are quite useful and effective.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Acne No More is guaranteed to cure anybody's acne that is willing to put the effort into doing the plan. There is a combination detox and juice fasting diet that will take discipline to follow; however, the results are worth it.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The chapter on the causes of acne is rather sparse and I believe it could have gone into more detail; however, you will get a good understanding of various acne triggers and causes. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Walden completes this program by giving his readers a well-structured maintenance plan that, if followed, should keep you acne free for life.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Overall, this ebook is not a scam and if you really want to cure your acne naturally, then you should consider purchasing <a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/">Acne No More</a> by Mike Walden because it will give you all the tools you need to cure acne naturally.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Original article by ArticlesBase</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://bestacnetreatment.tk/"><img border="0" height="98" src="http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQGyR0L__enIE1O3g-1CgaQ2JnAyk2hL0oRlwhyr60UTNRBfaOh" width="200" /></a></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

But it is very common during adolescence. This is because acne is triggered by hormonal changes that occur during puberty and can continue throughout adult life if hormone levels remain high. For example, women with polycystic ovarian syndrome have chronically excessive levels of hormones.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>CAUSE AND EFFECT</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Acne is not caused by poor hygiene! (But good hygiene can reduce the effects) This particular myth makes some teenagers feel "dirty" but whilst acne is a skin disease, it is not infectious. Taking good care of skin can help control the symptoms and lessen the chance of scarring.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>CAUSE AND CONTRIBUTION</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">A poor diet is not the cause of acne! There is much debate on whether particular foods contribute to the severity of acne or trigger "breakouts" but one's own experience should prevail. The usual suspects are sugars, refined carbohydrates and saturated fats. Considering the wide health detriments of a diet rich in these substances, it is a worthwhile exercise to reduce or eliminate them from the diet anyway and see if there are improvements in the skin's condition.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">If acne suddenly appears when someone is in their late twenties, a food or drug sensitivity should be investigated.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<a name='more'></a></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>CAUSE AND CAUSE</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">The reason why some people get worse acne than others has not been fully made clear, but it is likely that heredity plays a large role. This would be particularly relevant in two areas</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">1. Hormonal regulation on the stimulating side</div><div style="text-align: justify;">2. Skin response on the receiving side (amount of keratin, tendency to scarring)</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Hormonal action on skin -</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">The skin has two layers, the dermis and the epidermis. We see the top layer (epidermis) and sebaceous glands are found in the deeper dermis. They are usually (but not always) located by a hair follicle and the substance they produce is called sebum. Sebum is a fatty liquid which coats the hair as it grows up through the follicular canal, or pore. Sebum also contains keratin which is a tough, highly fibrous protein that is part of skin, nails and hair. The hardness helps protect from breakage, and it also provides a waterproofing quality and reduces fluid loss from the skin.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Sebaceous glands are controlled by hormones. In men, the hormone involved is testosterone and in women, both ovarian and adrenal androgens stimulate the sebaceous gland to increase the production of sebum. This is why puberty, when these hormone levels begin to rise, is the time acne begins to be a problem.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Overproduction of sebum may block the outlet of the sebaceous gland and follicle; this is referred to as a blocked pore. The amount of keratin in sebum may contribute to this happening more easily. A plug is formed at the top of the pore, at the surface of the epidermis. It is described as open, which means open to the air, or closed, which means it sits under a thin membrane. '"Open" are what we see as blackheads and this is because the air has caused oxidation and also dirt is contributing to the surface of the plug. "Closed" are what we see as whiteheads as the pus is building up under the membrane. Whiteheads are the precursors to more severe acne pimples and cysts.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">As the liquid is kept in the canal, without ability to escape, certain processes take place. This may include some breaking down of the canal wall and spilling the contents into surrounding tissue so it is no longer encapsulated. (This is the main reason why squeezing pimples is a bad idea as it causes more of this to occur). At the same time, some bacteria colonize this liquid and begin proliferating and producing waste products, which also build up in the pustule. Inflammatory events begin taking place around this area which produces swelling, redness and pain. If the contents have built up so much or infiltrated so deeply as to affect the lower part of the dermis which is connective tissue, it is much more likely to result in scarring. This is because connective tissue tends to scar as part of its own healing mechanism.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Acne Vulgaris is a serious problem, especially common in adolescents and its therapy can be complex.</b> It usually requires a many-pronged attack including antibiotics, topical creams, synthetic hormones or vitamin A derivatives. It is best treated by dermatologists if severe.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://7d4da2t5q4c0rjd88f5wj4f-a1.hop.clickbank.net/"><img border="0" height="74" src="http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSDaduKY3DsTJgT1neUQv-GIfbMu90hV7oa442IjFYbwm1DpWnM" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

Part of what helps us deal with acne as teenagers is knowing that everyone else in our age group is going through the same problems. Adults are not supposed to face the same severe acne that teenagers deal with. This is one of the reasons that finding those rogue pimples or having those sporadic breakouts can be so embarrassing. Finding a few zits or pimples in the morning can be enough to send a fully grown adult into a childhood regression. What makes adult breakouts worse is how painful they can be. It does not matter what your age is, the tips in this article should help you out.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Wash your bedding regularly. Would you believe that there are lots of people out there who take a long time to change and clean their bedding? If you are constantly experiencing breakouts, try not to be one of these people. It is especially important that you keep your pillowcases as clean as possible. This will help you keep your face as clean as possible while you are sleeping. You should also take care to always wear clean clothing and pajamas. Something as seemingly benign as wearing last night's pajamas could be just enough to clog some of the pores in your face and cause new pimples to form by morning.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

This type of super strong cleanser was developed with severe acne sufferers in mind. If you do not suffer from severe acne and only have to deal with a stray zit here and there you should choose a gentler cleanser because a cleanser with these ingredients could do some major damage to your face. Getting your severe acne under control might really be as simple as choosing a harsher cleanser when you buy your next skin care products!</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<a name='more'></a></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Take care to protect your skin against the sun's rays. Slathering on sunscreen might seem counterproductive to people who focus on keeping their pores substance free. Today there are plenty of oil free sunscreens available.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Protecting your skin no longer means spreading heavy layers of cream all over it. Instead of forcing yourself to choose between heavy lotions, now you can choose light lotions or sprays to protect your skin. You'll also be happy to learn that most of the lotion and makeup you own already contains sun fighting agents. Just remember: tanning does not keep pimples away. It just puts you at risk for skin cancer.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Keeping your pores clear and your skin clean does not have to be difficult. Some people are able to fight acne simply by washing their face twice a day. Others will have to use more muscle against their acne. There are also people who choose to fight acne with diet and exercise. Learning the best acne fighting methods for your skin might take some time. Keep with each method for a while.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">No acne fighting method will work overnight--you need to give each method you try at least a few weeks to start having an effect on your skin before moving on to the next solution.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
